What are the Face Cream ingredients?

Could I be allergic to the ingredients?

Although we use the freshest and simplest ingredients, it's always a good idea to make sure anything you put on your skin won't cause any skin issues. Although this cream is proven to be quite safe and has helped people with many different skin issues, every skin is different. So if you notice any rashes or changes in your skin, discontinue use immediately and simply wash it off your skin. Based on all of our customers, though, we have yet to run into any issues, but please be careful no matter what you use.

What’s different about Halo Face Cream compared to other face creams?

Our face cream is based on five simple ingredients that our grandparents made years ago and we were able to re-develop. It's simple, ingredient list and beautiful texture makes it wonderful for all skin types. It does not have any harsh ingredients or dangerous chemicals added because we believe in creating the most simple self-care products because that's all we really need. There are lots of choices when it comes to face and skin care, and you should try the ones that you want to try. But if you're looking for a face cream with very few ingredients and very simple ingredients with no dangerous additives than this might be good for you!

What is Halo Water?

Halo Water™ is a combination of pure, freshly distilled rose water, with a very small and precise amount of vegetable glycerine, a few drops of distilled radish extract, and a few specific and measured drops of pure rose oil extract, which combined and produced in a very specific method creates the base for this beautiful lotion & cream.

Does it have a long shelf life?

Since we don't use any dangerous or harsh chemicals that limits the shelflife. These chemicals are what make all modern consumer products last as long as they do, but they are very dangerous for our skin. Typically through testing and by all of our customer testimonials, the shelf life averages 1 to 2 months. Some have reported it as long as three or more. But to be honest, the product is usually used quickly, so not an issue. Think of it like fresh farm to table food you're going to want to consume it quickly so it's fresh. That's how we treat our face cream. Freshly made and ready to use. Not really meant to sit on a shelf. Keeping it in the refrigerator makes it like a cold cream. That's wonderful on the face and body. But keeping it in the fridge also helps it last a little bit longer. It's recommended to keep in a dry cool place. But remember this is fresh and pure face cream. It's meant to be used and not stored. Like all organic matter, it may develop mold if sitting too long in which case you wouldn't want to use it at that point. So it's recommended to use it while it's fresh!

Can I use it on my body, or just on my face?

Halo Face Cream by Halo Care Products, LLC can be used on the face or the neck or anywhere else on the body. We developed it for facial use since the facial area is so sensitive, but can definitely be used all over the body.

Can I return these products?

Due to sanitary, obligations and health regulations, we are not able to take back any used products. If there's ever an issue though, please let us know and we may be able to provide you with discounts to other products.

Why don’t you ship product?

At this time, we believe, creating the freshest and purest face cream and delivering it to our local customers is important so they get it quickly and fresh. Unfortunately, shipping adds not only significant costs, but you can't guarantee the condition of shipping. Sitting in hot warehouses or trucks is not good for this face cream. As well as the way, many packages are handled. This allows us to deliver it properly with tender care so that our customers get the freshest face cream in the right condition as soon as possible.
